Return Policy

You can return eligible items within 7-10 days of your purchase. To be accepted for a return, all items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Intimates (underwear, bras, etc.)
  • Swimwear

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality check.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of prepaid/cancelled orders before dispatch, full refund will be initiated within 2–4 business days.
